I was just wondering if it was just me, or does anyone else have problems
with the neighbor(s)?
I used to be on friendly terms with this one neighbor, who in the summer,
would often invite me over for barbecues and PPVs with his other neighbors

Is it legal for the HOA to disperse all homeowners phone numbers whether
unlisted, unpublished or cellular, without the approval of the resident? Our
HOA dispersed everyone's number in a letter to the entire neighborhood.
Frankly, I'm pissed... because we paid the phone company to ...

I just took ownership of my new home and it has these Nortron rotation
knbos sensor to control the heat in the rooms.
I have this problem that some of the sensors are not working properly
as even if I turn the knbo to 30c it still doesn't trigger the

I have metal frame windows where some (many) of philips head screws

Just purchase a GE PDS22MCP Bottom Freezer Refrigerator.  The refrigerator
make a lot of noise.  When its on, I can hear it in the next room.
Any advise?  Is it working OK.  One of GEs selling point is how quiet it is.
