I'm looking at various packages for electrical (circuit) design for HV, LV

I am an x10 user for about 5 yrs now, and only recently started to use
the dusk feature in active home using the CM11A.  However, every
sequence that is associated with the dusk On is lagging by 10 mins.
If dusk per active home is say: 737pm, the unit turns on at 747pm.  I
