Has anyone had any experience with the XCam2 Wireless Colour Video Camera system. I'm interested in picture quality and range of tranmission when compared to other units made by other manufactures. Any positive or negative points would be appreciated.

I bought a kit several years ago with (I think) 3 XCams and never installed them due to poor reception. I hate to see this money wasted so I was wondering if there was a way to improve reception to a useable level. Thanks for any advice.

After years of relying on X10/Leviton components for automated pool/spa control I decided that a more reliable solution was called for. The X10 signaling was never a problem but the failure rate of the switches and modules was troublesome.

Any ideas/opinions/suggestions on the best way to patch 20 drops of combo cable (2 RG6QS and 2 Cat5e)? Can I just punch all the Cat5e with RJ45's to allow more flexibility (phone or data).
