Is there anything out there that enables one to control line-voltage thermostats for baseboard electric heat in the home? Would like to use a PC to control temperature in each room and be able to turn back all rooms at night and during day when no one is home.

I have been trying to incorporate a leviton occupancy light switch in combination with a standard thermostat to control supplemental electric baseboard heaters in my basement. It looks like the switches won't carry the load of heaters so I'll have to use relays

I was planning on using a classic style 2-wire lamp switch for a new patio light which happens to be the kind with a bulb that looks like a pencil. I figure if I never actually "dim" it, but just use on/off, it should be OK, right?
