I posted another question about beans with black flies on. The same
bean plants have lost their flowers. It's quite strange really, the
stalks are there but there are no flowers on the end.

We live near the downtown of Green Bay, Wisconsin, though actually,

I was thinking of useing old film containers to store seeds for next year but someone said that these containers are full of chemicals and aren't safe for seeds.  Does anyone use these, or has any knowledge in regards to the safety of using film containers to store seeds in?TIZ

Last year, both of my apricots exhibited these symptoms, that is peeling
bark. This year they are both dead. This year, one of my cherry trees is
doing the exact same thing. There is no sign of insects, no stress, no
disease that I recognize - just the peeling bark. I'm afraid ...
