Well, that's the maincrop (British Queen) stuffed! At least the second earlies (Picasso) managed to get to a good size and quantity before it hit. I've cut down the halms - what a smell!! Kase

I have a long-established Gardenia radicans about 70cm tall. The plant is in a boggy situation and I thought to put it on higher ground with better sun and soil to improve its chance of flowering. Is there anything I need to be especially careful of in doing it?

I know I asked this question once before, but my Phalaenopsis flowers have lasted so long that I forgot the answer. (It's called ageing). After the flowers start to drop should I cut off the bare spike or leave it alone? I remember asking this about Oncidiums, but are all orchids ...

Can someone recommend a small chipper,shedder. I have lots of twigs, and grasses, and leaves to deal with, but nothing so vast I need a 600+ shredder. Any ideas or experience with brands etc? Thanks

I need a plant that has all year colour, ( or at least during summer) and that will grow to about 1m max. An elderly lady wants to look at something from her window, so has to be seen from a distance.
