| Educate me about Zinnias | 14 Aug 2008 07:48 GMT | 10 |
I'm not much of a Gardner, but I would like to learn a little. I had a sprout where I wasn't expecting one and decided not to pull it as a weed, and a great looking little plant with vibrant red flowers w/ yellow centers grew up. In researching it I've decided that it's a Zinnia ...

I've been planting potatoes for a number of years with good results but wondered if there is some way to keep potatoes growing longer. Here in Maryland, U.S.A., the potato plants start to die back in late August. When they're totally withered, I harvest the tubers in the hills.

| Cherry tree | 13 Aug 2008 17:05 GMT | 26 |
My partner suggested we plant a cherry tree on our front yard and, before I do so, I wanted to come in and ask if there are any types of fruiting cherries which produce pink blossoms. I know ornamental cherries do, but I'm very interested on the fruit as

| Bahaya Grass | 12 Aug 2008 22:52 GMT | 2 |
What's the best way to take care of Bahaya grass infestation in a Fescue lawn late in the season. I did use a pre-emergence early in the year but I tend to get some Bahaya in certain parts of the yard about this time, later in the growing season (Southeastern U.S.).
