How do I rid myself of a garden of toad stools that have sprun up over a
tree removed three years ago.  The stump was cut down but there is still
wood remaining 6" to 12" under the lawn.  I have tried putting crystal lime

Out council has recently gone from a 2 bin (garden rubbish and general
rubbish)to a three bin system (recyclables added). I rejected the garden
bin as I shred and compost everything. Now however they have decided
that card and cardboard must go in the garden bin.

I'm delighted to report that I have baby tomatoes, baby courgettes
(zuchini), baby cucumbers, masses of mixed lettuce leaves, and flowers on my

My daughter has just had to have her 15 year old Lurcher put down - a good
age for a Lurcher isn't it -  the dogs name was Megan, she is buried in the
garden and I was trying to think of a plant/shrub/tree anything with that
name. Anyone got any ideas please?
