I have been forced to remove my hostas, they are in the way of a new low wall, no, he wont go another way....what are my chances of their survival? They needed splitting anyway, as I can probably get a dozen or more plants from what was originally one, thanks in advance.

This is a very large one, (well for me it is) its about 3/4 feet in diameter, and I have at least half a days notice on this one!! Are they difficult to dig out? shall I split it first or what, thanks.

Hi all. As i've said before I'm brand new to gardening so I hope this i an obvious question and easily answered. I have inherited a fairly dam garden and a plant that I was told was wild rhubarb, though looking o the net I would say not, is sprouting up everywhere.
