I'm thinking of buying a rotary soil sieve from Coopers of Storford to speed up the my compost sieveing. Has anybody any experience of these ? Are they robust enough for about 1 m3 of compost a year? Any comments appreciated. Trefor

I have this weed growing all around the fence, and into the yard at my house. It grows along the ground, up the fence, up trees, and tangles up the lawn mower blade.

My sister bought a house in Zone 6a (NW New Jersey) in Dec., and I convinced her to NOT rip everything out until we got a chance to see what the previous owners had planted. Good thing- she LOVES her maroon- colored bearded irises and pussy willows! This one has me stumped

I was wondering if anyone can tell me what sort of pests/insects carry the mosaic virus that roses get. I understand that its a virus and is transported through propagation but im doing an assignment on it for tafe and have been told to find out which insect vector is a carrier.
