| Mystery lawn mower.. | 30 Apr 2006 21:38 GMT | 3 |
I'm hoping someone out there will be able to identify a lawn mower I was given.. The motor was shot so I had our local lawn mower repair guy rebuild it. He didn't know what the mower was but identified the motor as a 1963 Briggs & Stratton (around 5 horse).

| Halesia monticola :-( | 30 Apr 2006 19:51 GMT | 4 |
I planted two pot-grown ones late in 2004. Last year, they flowered and produced leaves, and have repeated it this year (so they can't be TOO unhappy). One put on 3' of growth, which was all killed by the mild winter (-10 Celcius, once) - and one did nothing. I have dug
