I noticed a VERY large 'ant hill' in my yard before mowing the lawn the
other day and for some reason, I decided to step on the hill to see what
would happen.  Figured I had some sort of strange ant colony ...nope, a
couple passes w/the mower and I noticed bees of some sorts, ...

interested in a group that deals with growing of food, be it vegetables
or fruit, for family consumption. Please direct me to a more suitable

I am looking for a paper shredder, strangely it is not off topic.  What
I would like is one that will shred, amongst other things, a few sheets

My neighbor just bought a new Deere Lawn tractor.  But he says that there is
a slight noise, like a metalsish noise, comming from it when he starts to
move the automatic transmission level foward or backwards.  He says he didnt
have it on the other 6 speed tractor he just got rid ...

Some ideas on sweet peas I have grown a great show of sweet peas this year
using the cordon bleue (one single stem per cane )the plants are now about
5feet tall giving stems the thickest that I have ever grown with flower
heads 4 and five to a stem stems about 18 to 24 inches in ...

Does anyone know where i can get seed potatoes for planting a second
crop in summer to harvest in autumn?
I've seen some being sold online by T & M but they were expensive for
