We're expecting a child this summer, and my home office is going to be
becoming the nursery, so it's time to find a new home. I have a large
attice space above my garage and am considering turning that into my

I finished my home in April 2005, which is heated by hot water flowing
through PEX tubing in the concrete floor.  It works fantastic, very
comfortable.  We knew not to run the PEX too close to the toilet as I
heard the wax ring could melt, but we didn't bother to avoid running it

How long do I need to wait before removing the forms from 4" thick concrete
pad? Searching has given me answers ranging from a few hours to a week.
Seems to me 24-48 hours should work.

my grandparents live in West Orange, NJ and their home is zoned R-6, is this
residential as well as business, my grandmother is alone now nad wants to
move to an adult community but she said my grandfather always insisted it
was some from of commercial property.  any help is good.
