Im on the last few steps of getting my shop done. The toilet bowl is going in this week. I plan on putting tile in the bathroom - my question is - the b/r is on the bottom floor - a slab - should I lay hardy board down b/f the bowl goes in or after?

What do you do in front of the dish washer and stove? The dish washer can't be raised up and the stove is presently level with the counter. The instructions really don't say and I couldn't find specific instructions online for these two items.
