I was looking at a home recently, and noticed that the homeowners had chosen to use blueboard with a veneer plaster as opposed to the normal drywall. My question is, 1) What is the difference? as it relates to durability and looks.

We're finishing our attic so that a 10' x 24' room will be created with an 8' ceiling height. Currently, the attic floor is insulated (no insulation in the rafter's). I'm trying to determine which would be the better way to insulate:

Anybody know of a good site with plans or ideas on a two sided gate? I need to put a gate on my deck going towards the pool. The opening is about 5 feet and a one piece gate would be too big. Thanks,
