I know that the roomba does not clean deeply like a vacuum cleaner, but I still think it'd be kind of cool just to have it pick up dust, cat hair, and maybe a bit of sand. Do you know if there is a more powerful type out now. Does anyone have one, and what will it pick up?

I hope you can help me solve this mystery. Over the last two weeks, black dots have appeared on many surfaces in my apartment: in the sink, counters, on some walls, and heavily on the kitchen and bathroom floors, which are linoleum and tile respectively.

With upcoming winter, I am interested in anyone who can tell me about rain-x..it is good/bad stuff, I have heard several reports, more like smearing the window, hard to remove etc...I was thinking about trying it this winter fast approaching.....tnx....Gary
