Is this termite or ants?

I think this is an ant...but it has wings like termites.

I caught it inside the house so it must be something that hatched nearby?

I know termites do not have a constricted body, so is this an ant?  It's
pretty big, the body itself (not counting the wings) is as long as the
diameter of a dime.

I am located in hot and humid Miami, Florida.
