I believe I have stucco on the outer (outside) walls of my place.  I
was wondering what I might use to fill in the little cracks that come
about as a dwelling ages?

Can I use foam sealant or is there something better for that?

Just use a good exterior caulk or stucco mix. Foam is not going to
last.
