They do...all they have to do is quit relying on everybody else, become
independent and negotiate their situation like everybody else.

That's right    quit the union and negotiate as an individual and get
kicked to the curb so fast you won't know what hit you.  The
corporation would love to see us give up our best and strongest tool
before we ask for our fair share.
