Powerwashing the eaves, how long to dry

How long should I wait before I prime the eaves after powerwashing.

Can I start to prep ( scrape and sand the eaves) before they are dry?

I am in san mateo california and the weather here is 72 in the day and 55 at
night about 60% humidity

right after u paint ur stucco
