I have a four piece concrete fountain and I am not sure how to assemble it.
The maker said just use the putty type tape supplied. I cannot see how this
will help me level each bowl.

If any one knows a web site with any details please let me know

How big is it? Do the pieces stack on one another? Are you just trying
to glue the pieces together? What's the brand name? What do you mean by
putty like tape?
