My wife would like me to make a island eating area and would like the
surface to be curved.  Unfortunate I only have a tile saw that will make
straight cuts.  Can anyone recommend a hand held tile saw that can make
these cuts or possibly a jig or way to make them with my current tile saw?
Any help would be appreciated.

tiles can easily be cut at an curve if you use a small angle grinder with a
diamond blade. take care not to cut the angle a smaller curve than the
blades width.

A good saw man can cut curved shapes with an ordinary saw by cutting in
very small increments.  Some times you have to hold the tile and move
it across the blade to smooth out the edges.  A 4 1/2 inch grinder
works with most tiles if you are carefull.
