we're considering putting a full bath in our basement i wondering if anyone
ever heard of or has used a product called SANIFLOW.

more info at www.saniflow.com

i'm not advertising for them, this is a product for pumping up waste water
instead of using a submersible lifting waste pump.

i live in coastal central NJ and the supply company that i got the info
pamphlet from has a good rep. for decent products but i feel asking them for
recommendations on the product isn't the way to go just yet.

thanks for any other input or help...

far as pumping everything out...it is what it is... looks like that one
will save space
i did one of these installs recently (
http://www.plumbingsupply.com/sewage1.html#QJon )
it is also alternate style

you can also put the pump beyond the bathroom wall...so to save space
that's the big thing really, not wasting space...once you put
everything in
you'll be lucky to be able to get dressed in there

i did mine on a platform (which made running drains sooo much easier
it also concealed all of the plumbing, i used 2x6 for the platform it
would
give you just enough room for a tub trap...or a floor drain

then again, do you really need a trap since you are downhill from the
vent

yeah, yule need to plan to tie the vent in, or at least get it out of
the house
