Other then don't do it. Can anyone give a first time home builder any advice
about items I might want to build into the design?
I am building a 780 sqft model. (mid-way down the link below)

I know I need good venting at the top either copula or a air vent.
Any other ideas? Thank you very much..

side note - This will be built in Florida in an area hit by lots of rain and
hurricanes.

I would have an architect or engineer evaluate the manufacturer's system for
fastening structural members to one another and how the entire structure is
fastened to its foundations.  In Florida, structural members must be
fastened with approved tie-downs and connectors that building codes now
mandate to hinder the affects of wind loads from hurricanes which can raise
roofs, peel panels away, and lift entire homes from their foundations. Some
of these fastners function more reliably than others.

There are also issues with racking and twisting of windows and door openings
in this type of structure. Again, an architect or engineer that has
experience with this type of structure is the best source of advice.
