What do banks currently charge for commercial projects?

I am looking to put up a 5000 square foot commercial building. Does
anyone out there know what kind of interest rate banks are currently
charging for this kind of project?

Call your (or several) local banks and ask...

A specific answer will depend greatly on your business plan.  Commercial
loans aren't judged like home mortgages--they're much more specific.

It all depends on the risk......based on credit worthiness.
