i live in a mobile home that has an electric furnace...it works
fine,but when the blower kicks off,it'll still blow warm ait just a
little bit,not much,but enough to notice..is this normal?..if not,what
do i need to do to correct this?

Are you sure this is electric heat? Most mobile homes have furnaces
fired by gas or oil and use electricity only to run the blower motor.
In those cases, yes, it is normal for the blower to run for a few
minutes after the burner shuts down to allow the heat exchanger to cool
down.
The opposite is true when you call for heat: the burner runs for a short
time to heat up the exchanger before the blower kicks in.

its normal... there is thermostat in the heater section that
keeps the fan running until the heaters cool off. also it
doesnt start the fan on a heat cycle until the heaters get
warm.
its called the 'fan relay'
