Vinyl Siding labor cost?

I'm doing some work on a modular home and the owner ask me for a quote to
side this single story ranch with 3 gable end's and windows, doors ect. all
have j-channel around them. There is a 2 car attached garage. He has all the
materials including corners. This is expensive siding from CertainTeed
Siding

Cedar Impressions Perfection Shingles Double 7" (48" x 14" panel)
CertainTeed Siding

What should I charge per square for just installing? I live in the NorthEast
and was thinking about $165.00 per square.

I've always hear that you basically take the cost of the siding,
double it and add 10% for the cost of the installation.
