cleanup after heavy cigarette smokers?

Wash all washable surfaces and materials, such as curtains.  Use
Febreeze or a similar spray on upholstery in the car, including the
'ceiling'.
Insist all visitors who smoke do so only outside your home and never
in your car next time ;-)

Use an ozone generator to 'shock' the trailer or room.... only 30-60 min and
no more smoke smell.
